The average American drinks around 250-350 calories a day. The problem? Liquid runs through your system too fast for your brain to register how many calories are being consumed.
It was reported in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association that when people drank 16oz of water before each of their 3 meals they lost 44% more weight than those who didn’t!
Get your calories from food & your hydration from water for a healthier body. Aim for at least 1/2 gallon of water of day. If you train, then aim for 1 gallon of water a day.
